Should this guidance be included in the SER Aims and Structure document?
The conference work for both full Delegates and Alternates is seasonal, starting in December when the questions are published, and runs through until the end of May/June after Conference, where an intergroup may want to have a post conference report discussion session. June – December there is no work unless you are a Committee Chair,
but you still attend South East Region meetings.
Therefore, it would be preferable if new full Delegates or Alternates are in position for December, so they can be in the loop from the start of the next conference cycle (when the questions are published).

– Warranty 2 communication from the General Secretary which has previously
been sent by GSO to all Regions and Intergroups

– Young Persons Liaison Officer
– Alternate Conference Delegates (four vacancies)

– Four Conference Delegates (to fill terms of office which are coming to an end before the 2027 conference cycle)
These positions have not been advertised previously so nominations will be invited for the next Assembly
